Embodiment: Yoga + Art is a new retreat program provided by the Currier Museum of Art, White Swan Yoga Studio and Hamsa Yoga Living that promotes well-being by combining art, yoga, meditation, and social connection in a one-day event. Together, these act as pathways to a long list of healthy states of being, including peace, belonging, compassion, and joy.
Each retreat visually highlights and physically integrates a focus area inspired by a Currier Museum special exhibition.
